🔆 3 Power Moves
.
I.
Emotional Insecurities:
I believe our secrets, insecurities, and the things we are not transparent about are the cancer of our life. And it is why we're not as happy as we can be.
.
Your Power Move: Talk about what you are not good at, who you've let down, what you're bad at, who you've hurt, and what you're scared of. Open your heart a bit more so you can break free from the chains you have created.
.
II.
The Chaos of Action:
Often, we get paralyzed by our ideas, the overwhelming amount of information we have consumed, and countless biased opinions from others.
I found the cure for that. At least for myself.
The more I create daily, the more I realize that clarity comes from the chaos of taking consistent action.
.
Your Power Move: Assuming you have goals, take action every day despite feeling your vision is foggy. Create every day. Put content out there every day. When you do, the answers will come to you. The only way to know what step to take next is to have taken the previous one first.
.
III.
Creating Your Own Rules:
I respect a man who creates and lives by his own rules more than a man governed by other people's rules.
.
Your Power Move: Sit down and envision the kind of life you truly want. Then, write down how does that look like to you. Create a set of non-negotiable rules you'll live by, and finally, go live by them.
🔆 2 Principles
.
I.
The Student & The Master
Becoming a master at your craft requires you to be a student of the game.
.
II.
FOMO-Driven Scarcity Tactics :
There is no HONOR in FOMO-driven scarcity tactics.
FOMO = Fear Of Missing Out.
Here is why...
↓
Copywriters use them.
People selling products use them.
Coaches selling their services use them.
Product launch gurus use them.
Heck, I have used them [years ago].
Marketers exploit FOMO because they know it works.
Using scarcity tactics to sell more is not the problem.
The problem is their mindset and approach when using them.
Fear as a marketing tool is a great motivator and manipulator.
The question isn't whether it works or not.
The question is:
Is that how you want to lead your potential clients and customers?
Do you want to use FOMO to start a new relationship and try to keep that relationship going?
How toxic is that?
Think about the logic behind it for a second.
You treat me like I'm stupid with your pushy scarcity tactics, and I'm supposed to be inspired to trust you.
Before you deploy your FOMO marketing campaign, I dare you to get on the receiving end first.
No worries, I'll wait.
How did it make you feel?
Yeah, that's what I thought.
Despite what the crapload of marketers tell you...
You don't need fear tactics to sell tons of products and services.
There is no HONOR in that.
